All photographic images associated herewith, are EXEMPT from both the recordkeeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, because no images of "actual sexually explicit conduct" are contained on our domains.

Regardless of this exemptionTHAT, LLC is in full compliance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 since we still maintain all records establishing that all models were 18 years old, or older, at the time of the image(s) creation.
